Logging in

1. Go to https://owner.console.com.au
We recommend using Google Chrome browser.


2. Enter the username and password.  If you have not received your invitation or set up your account, please contact you agent.

Using the Owner Portal

3. When you first login, you will be greeted and your property/s will display.


4. Click on the property.  This will display the property overview and details.

5. Click the Activity tab.  This will show you any maintenance and inspections that have recently been completed.

6. Click the Maintenance tab.  This will display current maintenance requests and their status, as well as completed maintenance.

7. Click the Inspections tab.  This will display complete inspections.

 


8. Click on the statements tab.  This will display your owner statements.

9. Click on the options button to view or download a PDF copy of your statement.
