Unlike some of our competition who add fees for things that should just be included such as fees for End of Financial Year statements or monthly admin fees, we like to keep things simple.
9.9% – Property Management Fee
The management fee is collected on a weekly basis from the rent paid by your tenant. The Property Management Fee covers the day-to-day operation of your property to ensure it is performing at its best.
2 Weeks Rent – Letting Fee
When your property is leased to a new tenant, we charge the equivalent of 2 weeks rent to cover the cost of sourcing your new tenant and all the paperwork involved.
1 Week Rent – Lease Renewal Fee
When your property is leased to an existing tenant, we charge the equivalent of 1 week rent to cover the cost of the paperwork involved.
Recovery Fee – Advertising
Yes, that’s right. We don’t make a dollar from advertising your property as all fees charged for advertising your property goes into actually advertising your property; and sometimes we already have just the right tenant lined up for you!
